Kathy Eisenhart is the Director of Mountain Ayurveda. She has been following a yogic path since 1982. Several years ago her yoga studies led her to ayurveda. For her, ayurveda is an offering of herbal healing combined with yogic wisdom.
She has has been certified as a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist (Class Valedictorian) and a Pancha Karma Specialist from the California College of Ayurveda.. She also has a BS in Plant Science from Rutgers University and a Masters of Ayurveda from the International Vedic Hindu University.
Mountain Ayurveda was opened in 2003.
Mountain Ayurveda is located on a beautiful ridge top in between Boulder Creek and Big Basin Redwoods State Park. We are open on Saturdays. Local lodging is available.
