Shirodhara – Shirodhara (Sheer-oh-dhaara) is a deeply relaxing, even bliss producing treatment that quiets the mind from it's normal restlessness. In this therapy a stream of warm oil is poured across the forehead. The warm heaviness of the oil is extremely soothing and for some people spiritual as well.
