Are your products made using traditional methods?

Many of our products are manufactured using traditional methods with significant manual involvement. Certain stages may utilize machinery to ensure consistency, quality, hygiene, and safety while preserving traditional production practices.

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We ship to most serviceable locations across India through our logistics partners.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible serviceable locations within India. Availability may vary depending on the delivery location and order details.

How much does shipping cost?

Free Shipping on orders of ₹399 and above.
₹79 shipping charge for orders below ₹399 where the shipment weight is under 1 kg.
₹99 shipping charge for orders below ₹399 where the shipment weight is 1 kg or above.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed, processed, or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, tampered, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or videos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the request and assist you accordingly.

Do you accept returns?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of delivered products unless they are damaged, defective, leaking, tampered, or incorrect. Please refer to our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details.

Khadi refers to products associated with the Khadi and Village Industries sector, which is promoted by the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), a statutory body established by the Government of India.
