At Mountain Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through www.mountainayurveda.com.

Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, order processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value and package weight.

Current shipping rates are:

  • Free Shipping on orders of ₹399 and above.

  • ₹79 shipping charge for orders below ₹399 where the shipment weight is under 1 kg.

  • ₹99 shipping charge for orders below ₹399 where the shipment weight is 1 kg or above.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Mountain Ayurveda reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to most serviceable locations across India.

  • We do not currently offer international shipping unless specifically stated on our website.

Mountain Ayurveda reserves the right to decline shipments to locations that are not serviceable by our delivery partners.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible serviceable locations within India.

Mountain Ayurveda reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes, products, order values, or situations where additional verification may be required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email and/or SMS.

  • Tracking details, where available.

Customers can use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of their shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and courier partner.

Most orders are delivered within:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities and Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Mountain Ayurveda shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes or labor disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order.

Mountain Ayurveda shall not be liable for delivery issues, delays, or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed, processed, or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, tampered, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photographs or videos of the product

  • Images of the outer shipping package

  • Images showing the batch number and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

All such requests will be reviewed and handled in accordance with our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
