Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Mountain Ayurveda, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the personal nature of our hair care, skincare, wellness, and Ayurvedic products, we do not accept general returns of delivered products. However, we are committed to resolving genuine concerns related to damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect items.
Damaged, Defective, Leaking or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, tampered, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

A brief description of the issue
Once the claim has been reviewed and verified, Mountain Ayurveda may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, as applicable.
Returns
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, Mountain Ayurveda does not accept returns of products that have been successfully delivered and are not damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons including but not limited to:

Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities

Improper storage, handling, or usage of the product

Failure to follow product instructions
Opened, used, tampered, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or exchange unless a verified manufacturing defect exists.
Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

A verified damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect product cannot be replaced.

Mountain Ayurveda is unable to fulfill an order after successfully receiving payment.

An order is cancelled before it has been packed, processed, or dispatched.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed, processed, or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If you believe a product has a genuine quality-related issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
