Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Mountain Ayurveda, we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of personal care and wellness products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. However, we are committed to resolving genuine concerns regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaking, tampered, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please share:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Images of the outer shipping package

  • Images of the product packaging and batch details

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution at our sole discretion.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, Mountain Ayurveda does not accept returns of products that have been delivered successfully and are not damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal dislike of the product, fragrance, texture, or color

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities

  • Improper storage, handling, or usage of the product

Refunds

Refunds are only considered in cases where:

  • A replacement cannot be provided for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • An order cannot be fulfilled by Mountain Ayurveda after payment has been successfully received.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Quality Concerns

If you have a genuine quality-related concern regarding a product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team may request additional information, photographs, or product samples to investigate the matter further.
