What is Amla Powder?

Amla Powder is made from the ground - leaves of the Indian Gooseberry. It has been used since ancient times to treat everything from Diarrhea to Jaundice. It helps in better growth of your hair and aids in maintaining a healthy scalp.

How to Use:

A. For Hair Care:

• Add 2 Tablespoons of Amla Powder, 2 tablespoons of Aloe Vera Gel, and 6 Tablespoons of water to make a pack.
• Apply the pack to the hair. Apply thoroughly on the scalp and roots of the hair.
• Leave it for 15-20 minutes and then wash it off with normal water and pat dry.
  
• Use it 3-4 times a week for better results.

B. For Body Health:

• Take 1 Teaspoon of Amla Powder on your tongue and gulp it down with warm water. Do this every day to keep your hair and yourself healthy.
